Photo Recovery App Reviews
So the trial Version works to the point where you actually restore the lost and found files then you gotta pay. I bought the app store version cause It’s 20€ cheaper and this one does not work at all. I’m pretty bumped right now.
Wondershare has updated software on their site but not in the app store. Make sure this app is compatible with your version of iOS before proceeding. I made the mistake and when I tried to contact Wondershare about this, they ignored me. Sadly disappointing.
The program is supposed to recover photos from a Camera SD card. But once I downloaded the program it only gives the option to read an external disc, yet the program description shows a window with multiple sources option. I tried contacting photo recovery support, but the support contact option for detailing my problem did not work. I also can’t find anyway to ask for a refund?
awfull
app doesn’t work and doesn’t see my camera card!!!
I purchased the full wondershare app from their website for $49, it worked, but the one downloaded from itunes does not, and there is no way to get a refund from the itunes purchase - not even the dispute from my Credit Card works with iTunes
This app is so fake it just steals your money for nothing! I downloaded it to recover some photos from my iphone but it can not even recognise my iPhone!
I had a bunch of family photos on a card that deleted by the bug in OS X 10.7.0. I thought I was screwed but Photo Recovery helped me get them all back. Most showed up in the folders where theyd been but I had to use the Raw Recover section to get others. It was actually pretty cool seeing all the long deleted files that showed up in Raw Recovery. This is an excellent tool to have around.
I needed to recover some photos of my daughter and when i used Wondershare Photo Recovery i could recover all my deleted photos, even those from months ago. It saved my life. I recommend it to everyone who has a digital camera.
Dont waste your money. If your computer doesnt recognize the disk or tells you it needs to be formatted, THIS program wont help you. It simply gave me an error message saying, "Disk not found. Please insert the external disk." Of course the disk was inserted, but the software couldnt recognize it. I bought a competing product which worked beautifully to retrieve my photos. This one was a waste of money.
Tried the demo version from the developers web site - and it looked great. So I decided to get the app. Went to the Mac App Store and purchased it. The MAS version still works good, but was not able to show previews of my photos (CR2) before recovery.
dont waste your money
I bought it and whenever I run it, it says no disk found. Fake I hate it the most. Wehrer is my money Bandar
you have version 3 on your website and only version 2 on the app store? get with the program, guys! the app looks decent, but it #fails on 10.8 unless you make version 3 available...
this app lies so much. if you go to their web site and look in facts it doesent recover photos from iPod, iPhones. false advertising it clrealy shows an ipod in the photo above.
Havent been able to use this program at all … It does not work with 10.7 or newer, I expected that the app store would catch this by knowing my system… Waist of 49.99 which could have gone to better uses. Waist waist waist...
This software is garbage….
It does recognize new devices or devices of good quality…. dont wast your $40.00
This product is no good at all. WHile i have been happy with wondershare software in general, this one is only good for throwing away money. It does not work with the current updated OS system at all. Seems to be no way to get a refund either.
I tried the demo to see if it would find my missing photos off my camera. The demo version worked. So, I bought it only to find the app store is selling version 2.0 and not 3.0 (the one I demoed). Version 2.0 does not recognize my camera and states "no disk found". How do I get an update or how do I get a refund? This is Bunk!
Does not work with El Capitan
Title says it all. Don’t waste your money.
